Help! My camera has gone all wonky, dunno how or why. But how can I correct it without having to reset all the camera views? Fran

Got an idea for you. Try turning PanV and PanH to 0, this seems to be what's causing it. Now you can just rotate and place your camera normally. Hope this helps.

Thanks, that worked great. I hoped that posting the camera's atributes might help - seems you figured that one out just great.

Just out of curiosity, how did you end up with those values changed in the first place? Seems like I don't ever end up with anything other than zero in there.

Um... I have absolutely no idea. Probably something to do with me thinking I'm in "From Left" or "From Front" or something like that and using the plus sign &/or the minus sign just above the little hand on the bottom right... that's all I can think I could be. (shrug)

hmm that makes sense. If you are using the camera (and not director's), you know you can use ctrl-Z to get the camera back where you want it. That what I usually do when I make that mistake (which happens ALL the time for me, usually at around 1a.m. lol). Cheers

Make use of the camera memory dots, then you can easily nip back to where you were!

I do try to remember the camera dots... not used to using them much - yet! But it is very handy so I expect to get better at remembering to use them. Hopefully....
