Subject: Poser 6 render problems Please help me

peevee ( ) posted Mon, 02 May 2005 at 3:17 PM · edited Fri, 15 November 2024 at 5:24 PM

Any time I try a render in Poser 6 it fails: I always get the message that I can reduce render memory by reducing the bucketsize, ( currently put it on two ) reducing the maximum texture size ( 512 at the moment ) and turning of texture filtering ( and it is off ) my render dimension is about 40 cm by 30. The scene I want to render features Jessi ( and only Jessi ). So i wouldn't think that would jam poser 6 up... Please look in to this and find a solution for me... Working in Poser without being able to render is NOT fun Thanks a lot Peevee

Peevee, quite a lot of us are having this problem and we're all waiting for CL to fix it. You'll just have to hang in there with the rest of us.

40cm x 30cm - what are your DPI settings? It's the pixel dimensions that count. If you render at 300 DPI, 40cm x 30cm would be roughly like 16 inch x 12 inch, that means about 4800 x 3600 pixels. Which is BIG.

The pen is mightier than the sword. But if you literally want to have some impact, use a typewriter
