I use Firefox and don't have trouble viewing images. What kind of problems are you having? Matt.

When I open a gallery, I get it done only with the text data. No images appear. Doesn't help refreshing or reloading, also in the personal galleries cannot see any images. This happens from time to time, today for example certainly I cannot view anything. With the IE the viewing is fine. and let me see, yes, i have the latest Firefox.

Are you sure that the 'load images' option is checked? Other than this, I don't really know what it could be. Sorry, Matt.

The load thingie must be in order, cause yesterday it happened while I was having a look in a gallery, the browser just refused suddenly to load images on some page, and gone with the text data only.Couple of hours later all was fine, but today it's gone again. I was curious if it is kind of mozzila failure, but seems it's something else then. Not to die for, but annoying.

Please let me know if you figure out what it is. I've been using firefox, but was forced to go back to IE when that happened to me about a week ago. I thought it might have been a setting problem myself, but I haven't figured out what's causing it yet. I was suprised to hear that someone else is having the same problem.

Ah Matt was right. The show images box was not checked. It's working fine for me now... Thanks Matt!

Mine is also checked, but it doesn't:( i think I will reinstall the browser

Zemela ( ) posted Sun, 15 May 2005 at 4:00 PM

Yep, it's working now, seems some internal crash. Thanks all and specially Matt for the hint:)

I use Firefox and have not had any problems. Possibly you may need to update Firefox. Look up at the top right corner and see if there is a red dot. If there is, it indicates that an update is available. Marion

I had the exact same thing happen last week and it took me days to work out the problem then days more to fix it. It seems I had a trojan (I have Mozilla Firefox 1.04)and I had trouble getting PCCillin to pick it up. Even with the latest updates. I ran Ad-Aware SE Personal and it deleted the extras the trojan left but I had trouble deleting the trojan itself. It had embedded itself in the browser cache of both IE and Firefox so I emptied the cache of both, reinstalled Firefox and any images that wouldn't load, I hunted for the cached page and used that. It fixed it. And I know nothing about technical stuff so I surprised myself that I'd actually managed to fix it. It works fine now. Some of my gallery images weren't loading which triggered the hunt for the problem. Don't know if this solution will help anyone else but I thought it was worth mentioning.
