Ive just ordered some stuff from daz,went through the checkout,but when i went to my accout there was nothing to downloadand it does'nt look like my card was charged either. Any body else having the same problem?.

Yes, I had the same thing a few minutes ago - also happened to me when I bought Bryce 5.5. If you scroll down to the bottom of your itemised order history you'll find the open order. I tried paying with my card again and still didn't work so I used my paypal option instead and that went through OK. Must have a bug in their system somewhere.

Yes I've just sent them an email because I had the same problem. All I got was an order confirmation, no goods, no charge. Obviously some failure in their system.

@ westryde - just check on your order confirmation... is the card expiry date correct? Mine is 1 year off although the details in my profile are correct.

I've just looked at my itemised order history and the order is still open,there is an option to charge my credit card but i'm loathe to do this just in case i get charged twice or something stupid like that.
I suppose i'll just have to wait until tomorrow when they open again.I've filled in the form on their support page ,so i'll just see what happens.

I'm waiting til Monday to deal with it. I have the order in my email so they know I did the order before the offer ran out. Must be a new glitch in the system because all of my info is correct on my card. Marque

Your CC company (unless it's a Visa/Mastercard check card) should have a toll free number, either on your card or latest statement, for you to call to see if it was charged. If the order hasn't gone through at DAZ's end, it means that there may have been miscommunication between DAZ and your cc company. Regardless, the company (in this case, DAZ) only charges you once. In some circumstances, there may possibly be 2 "Pending" charges, but you will only be charged for the actual payment, which will be the one that makes it to your statement. Hope that helps, MS

Last sunday I paid via paypal and had the same problem.They hadn't received the paypal confirmation e-mail.Must be a DAZ system problem.

Not in the moment, but I also have just had such problems. But always DAZ was very correct with the paying and helpfull with activating download-links. So its not helpfull for the moment, but perhaps good to know not to pay for nothing at the end.

Gillbrooks No the open order is correct including the expiry date of my card so it is definitely a glitch at the Daz end. I'll let them sort it out when they get back tomorrow. hanks for the info.

Same here, recieved confirmation of order and payment from Daz but still nothing to DL.
