The skin actually looks quite good there. I don't think increasing the bump will do anything to improve it. Perhaps mask out the lips and give them a bit higher gloss?
Tools : 3dsmax 2015, Daz Studio 4.6, PoserPro 2012, Blender
v2.74
System: Pentium QuadCore i7, under Win 8, GeForce GTX 780 / 2GB
GPU.
you also have to experiment with lighting setup because lighting can make a big difference to the output render of skins see some of the threads from Cath H aka Mec4D here is my fav http://www.renderosity.com/messages.ez?Form.ShowMessage=2176505 also http://www.renderosity.com/messages.ez?Form.ShowMessage=2264986 but you got a good start Poser may not get high end results at the click of a button but i have seen some real good results with a little time, patience and experimenting
You might as well PAY attention, because you can't afford FREE speech
Her skin looks pretty good. Maybe the blinn is a little wide for the oiliness level (not sure if you are doing my tute or using the script). You can tighten it up by reducing the specular roll-off. Also, maybe she could use a touch more fake sss?

Rendered it in max(its the front view, so the lack of contrast), I'm not comfortable with setting nodes up in Poser's mat room. The connecting lines and all, between the diff mats get a bit confusing:) I'm just a beginner. And I used your tut face_off. Not the script. The tuts quite good. Thanks for putting it up there for free.

Caravaggio, I'm not sure it will be much help to you - since it is very P5/6 specific. But here it is anyway. I've made a lot of advances in the specular area since this script - plus the system uses alpha maps to control spots, sss, displacement and specular - so it's dated a little (well it is 6 months old!).Creator of PoserPhysics
