HI Meddlesom, The gift giver is a first time buyer. Once we receive the first time buyer information from them your gift will be enabled for downloading. Clint

How long does this process take?

Hi Meddlesom, It depends on the purchaser and how promptly they get the First Time Buyer information sent to us. We generally respond to all E-Mails in less than 10 hrs. Clint
