I'm guessing by 'saving' you mean exporting to a folder for future use, etc.... 1) make sure you're in full view in the preview window, that becomes your thum, some imported meshes do not show for some reason.... 2)Hold down the cntrl key and select which presets to export, give the libray a name, (holding down the shift key will export an entire library as a single preset, helpful if you don't like importing one at a time)... 3)yes, you need to take one of the single presets and use it to create your library, then just import all the rest into the blanks next to that one preset and then go rename that new library, I do that with plants, like importing all the tropicals into one library and renaming it 'TropicalPlants', or 'zhanns stones', 'my metalmats',etc., then I can export the whole mess as one preset, so if I need to ever reload, I only need to import one preset and all my plants will be there..... Last, if you can import and export there's nothing to doing either that's difficult.....=)
