When I try to load a Poser figure I get this message. "no importer for the file format can be found" Its a lagit Poser figure.

Some people seem to be having that error with this latest build. The dev team appear to have fixed it for the next build, but, it couldn't hurt to try to reinstall to see if it helps. MS

I can't play Daz Studio for a while. The same error came up with the last version.

Un-installing Studio then running a registry cleaner before re-installing may help.
