Hi, I am having a banner created for my site. Part of the banner uses some of the models that came with Poser 4. Can anybody tell me definately whether it is OK to use the models that came with Poser in my banner? My banner is for a commercial site? Thanks Jon www.jonsmedia.com

Yes, you can use all the included Poser content in commercial renders. You may want to repost this in the Copyright Forum but trust me on this, the answer I gave is correct.

Just be careful with banners and poser items that you don't get something you want to trademark. I've explained to a few interested in web design that purchased default figures can't be trademarked. An example would be the girl, posed and clothed and made into a logo or banner, her look (or koshini, kiki, freak, ect) as is cannot be used in logo design with the intent of trademarking that logo.

Hi Kendra, Many thanks for the comments, no, I have a professionaly designed logo. The banner is just for advertisments and will only last 2 months, after that it will get rotated. Thanks Again Jon www.jonsmedia.com
