Subject: I Purchased An Item That Has Been Deleted From The Store...Please Help!!!

I purchased the Ferenia texture set by Desdemona and am unable to download the file. I attempted to purchase it during the problems with the CC Gateway. When I logged in the next day, the item was in my shopping cart, so I paid for it. When I went to download it for the FIRST time, I received a message that the file had been deleted. Please allow me access to the file, credit my account, or contact me about an alternative. Thank You, Kevin

so there is no need to credit my account. I am going to be getting it directly from her and I want to make sure that she gets paid for her hard work.

Okay. I would have sent you a copy, but I don't have it on my hard drive anymore. I removed it after testing. Thanks for letting know.
