The mesh is the default base mesh that comes with Blacksmith3D-Suite 2.0. I used the "Adjust Joint Parameters..." option when exporting to a CR2 file it to automatically setup the rig.
Because of the "extremeness" of the morph (from the original mesh), I did a few minor joint adjustments which took about 20 minutes. Most notably, the orientation of the head is now 45 degrees forward, instead of straight up. I never had to touch the finger joints, which is a blessing because there are so many of them :S.
