Subject: 3d exporting fractal generator

I'm looking for a free 3d exporting fractal generator. If any one could point me in the right direction, it would be appreciated.

XenoDream is the only fractal generator that can export for use in 3D programs, as far as I know. Sorry, it's not free.

Knotplot is free, 3D and in a way frcatal. You can export the knots too.

Also, Lauren Lapre's "L-Parser" can create 3D exports, and comes with a number of 'starter' files to experiment with....

Biowin, of course, doesn't just "export" 3d files, it explicitely uses POVray for rendering...

No computer software can really do actual fractals, of course - they're always going to be approximations to the true mathematical concept of a fractal. But the same is true for Apo or UF, of course.

And some of the things I've seen from biowin:

look like the best fractal stuff I've seen come out of UF.
