What files I need upload to have my 3D model in online store

ClintH ( ) posted Sat, 17 February 2001 at 6:19 AM

Youll need the product itself, a Thumbnail (200x200) and a Sample Image (640x640). You can go to the On-Line store, click on upload, then Digital and you will be presented with the product upload screen. Just fill in the blanks. You can also just take a peek and not upload anything. If you need more information please feel free to post back. Regards, Clint

i tried to upload twice. the file is a 13 Mo zip (high res maps). It took a long time, and at the end, i had a explorer error message. How can i know my file has been properly upload or not? i sent a mail a few days ago but still no answer... And i juwt would like to know if the transfer was ok, or if i need to upload it again. Is there a way to know about that? thank you

cake1, When an upload is successful you will see a page stating htis. If you dont see this page assume the upload didnt work. You can also post a message here and we will check to see if you product is in the Pending section. I just checked and didnt see an upload for cake1. You can either try the upload again or send the product directly to store@renderosity.com. Regards, Clint

People using modems seem to be having problems uploading large files. I think the browser is giving up after so long. I've had no problems uploading though my cable modem though. You can always email your item to store@renderosity.com.

OK... So i 've just tried to send my 13 Mo mail to store@renderosity.com. By outlook express, i checked the option of cutting the message in small parts. I made a 13 pieces message, and i sent it. I had 5 error message back (5 pieces of the whole message) from the mail administrator of edgenet, telling me that: "The recipient(s) indicated below did not receive this message because their mailbox size limit would have been exceeded. It has been returned and it is recommended that you contact the recipient and request that space be made available within their mailbox. Note: The Postmaster for this mail server may increase the mailbox quota on the account referenced below to accommodate the delivery of additional mail. No storage space available in mailbox for jhandley@edgenet.com" What next can i try...? smile please... HHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLPPPPPP
