Yes, can't use anything I bought. They are working on it. Keep an eye on the store section of the forums there. Some solutions have worked for some people.

Richard go to: Then go to the forums, them go to the store contact area. I'm afraid, they will not be able to help you here. Once you get there & read, you can see many others are experiencing difficulties.

You need the latest update installed to be able to use the new trees from cornucopia. This would be 5.08 for both Infinite and Vue 5.

The store software is very buggy at this stage. I purchased a few items the credit card was charged, but I didn't get my downloads. I am real pissed off by this crap store. Mazak

Well, they do have a big "Beta" on their logo so I'm not surprised that they have bugs, I'm sure they'll work with you to get it resolved, they seem pretty open to admitting that they've got a lot of work ahead of them (reading the forums), I'd say just roll with it and try to keep a level head, it's only been "live" for 3 days now so cut em some slack.

It seem everything with e-on is beta. I find it not professional at all no matter what excuses are given. If it is not ready than wait till it is. The new plants have multiple problems as if they were never tested at all as does the site. I wasted a lot of time figuring out why these plants don't work fully. I can let a few things slide but for a company that claims to be professional the exact opposite is presented.
It comes down to: Quality Control is not what it should be at e-on. When I make something for a customer I check it every way I can so the customer doesn't become frustrated. The customer is not my beta tester.

I had problems with everything I bought but installing the current 5.08 solved all problems. Makes me happy. Cie

lanaloe77: I totally am in 100% agreement, I really wish that they would test the hell out of everything before release too, sadly this is not limited to eon, I've noticed software in general tends to do this a lot, I've had games that require an immediate download of an update to play properly because they were rushed out too quickly. 3d in particular seems to be very prone to this.

The flip side of this is I've been seeing messages for months asking "when's Cornucopia coming?????, where's my free stuff????" over...and over...and over...and over...so I can sympathize with them a little bit because we live in a very "satisfaction NOW" age, where anybody can get just about anything immediately, we want instant gratification and we want it yesterday.

So anyway, I guess to conclude, personally, I support the patience is a virtue policy and would rather wait than get crap, I would personally rather they test the heck out of it before releasing it, but sometimes I seem to be in the minority.

The whole thing seems half-fast and half-baked. If they need beta testers than HIRE beta testers. Give incentives and Bonuses to your workers so they do their best. Don't hire interns to do important work and then blame them when fault occurs. We all know those in charge of the interns are the ones to blame not the interns. In other words learn how to run a company well and not into the ground.

We had every right to ask when is Cornucopia coming because they told us about it yesteryear. I don't blame the age we live in but blame e-on's head of sales or the the board that is in charge of it. E-on should take full responsibility for their misdeeds.
