Nope... available on e-on's website : Update to Version 5.08 - Build 277859 I would caution everybody to wait for a while and let some brave souls 'volunteer' to test this release before going ahead and installing it :) Now the question is.... who will it be ? :)

iloco ( ) posted Tue, 09 August 2005 at 10:17 AM

I don't care to install and test it but then again I seem to be the one who complains when find a problem and get others mad at me when I post them. O well its got to be done by someone or we never know what it will do or not do. Whats use releasing if we don't give it a go and see if any improvements have been made. :) Been beta testing since Vue Pro so why quit now.

This is the same number version (277859) that was released at the opening off the Vue Store. Is this NEW or simply a rollback?

Think it's just a roll back. I had the three patches before, so already had this number. I redownloaded it's exactly ths same size as the other.

I nominate agiel to test each new patch. He's such a nice guy that the forces of darkness demand he be made to suffer....bruhhaaahaaahahahahaha..... (no good deed shall go unpunished)

LMHO now its back to 277255. Must be a bug in the roll back system. I am now thinking it be good idea to quit beta testing and see if they decide on a good release. Ya agiel for being first to test all updates. :o)

I'll check back in from time to time to see how it's going.

Now more rolling back/going forward until all this finalized. My puter is freaking out with all this. When the next update comes out, I'll be toodling around to different forums....waiting for positive feedback. Otherwise, I'll pass. Getting tired/disgruntled and disgusted/depressed.

Hope they soon sort their problems out. Was on the brink of upgrading from Vue5 Esprit to Infinite two month ago. Seems it's best to wait a bit longer. I already stumbled into the Poser5 problems, so I hesitated installing Poser6. Had never any problems with Vue4 d'Esprit so I'm a little bit surprised that they are working on additional features (store) instead of simply removing the bugs. This is not a cheap software, especially in Europe as already often stated...
