This is a message for the Dutch. In the episode of "Zomergasten" of last Sunday, guest Robbert Dijkstra, professor in mathematical fysics, tried to explain what fractals are to host Connie Palmen. According to my son (who actually saw the program) there was also a film with a Mandelbrot-fractal. Rerun of Zomergasten: tomorrow, saturday 13 August at 13.08 on Nederland 3. Yvonne
