If so please fix your store, trying to buy my new sub, didn't remember my password, tried to sign up for a new account like it says in the email you sent, wouldn't let me since my email is already registered, tried to use the new password you guys sent to reset my password, will not accept it takes me to a 404. Actually it always works with getting the password back. It always works for me as I keep forgetting it all the time :) Maybe you can aks a friend to enter your eMail address on the form so you can get your password back anyway?

What do you mean ask a friend to enter the email address? How would that help? They say in the email A quick hint when ordering a renewal, if you haven't ordered via our new store please do, please note that the login is not the same login as subscription area. If you aren't sure simply create a new store account, it will not affect your subscription login. Don't like the idea of having my password sent to anyone but me. They sent the new password but it doesn't work. I know Steve comes in here sometimes was just hoping he could get it straightened out. 8^) Marque

Got the password to work but don't know if it took the promo code or if it even charged me for the full $60 for $35 or what happened, hit it and all the cc info disappeared. Wish it would show like the rendo coupon, when you hit it it shows immediately that you have gotten the discount, not AFTER you pay. Not a good program you're using guys. Steve.. now that you're here.. I had the same problems, had to make a new account. Could you please ask Allen to make sure this is acting as a prolonging of my subscription and not a new customer? My previous sub ends at September 12th.

I have to say this, sorry... A lifetime subscription really isn't that much more that the annual... and you don't have to go thru re-sub, blues!!! ;^) Mike

Uhm.. there's a difference in my book between 150 and 35... I wish I could have afforded the Lifetime years ago, It hink I'm on 3rd or 4th year now. But for some of us, smaller lumps of money are easier to part with than large ones ;o) But you're right of course. If you can in any way afford it, the Lifetime sub is the way to go!

I've got the lifetime subscription AND 6 disks with older content for $125 (even less in Euro). Now I've got to hold on untill the subscription expires in 2099. Maybe I should put my username and password in my last will ... jl

If I don't get an answer soon I won't be having any subscription, not putting my card info in until I know what I'm being charged. Marque
