Congrats on your studio :) Your fire shot looks amazing to me - I admire your persistence in seeking the perfect capture.
And every one said, 'If we only live,
We too will go to sea in a Sieve,---
To the hills of the Chankly Bore!'
Far and few, far and few, Are the lands where the Jumblies
live;
Their heads are green, and their hands are blue, And they went to
sea in a Sieve.

wow.. that's a cool shot. Personally I would have liked to see the entire ball. But the detail in the flames is very good.

Thanks all! Still working on getting the studio ready. Just got in about an hour ago from painting. Probably 80% done. Figure one or two more days and it'll be good to go. Can't wait. So tired ... trying to read messages on around 5 sites to at least keep up with what's going on. Wonder if they can squeeze another 2-3 hours into a day? Would really help me out. -=>Donald

This is an un-edited shot. Could pull the exposure back on the flames and probably get even more detail.
In other news, one more thing to keep me from reading the forum regularly ... Monday I move into my own studio. It's not some 2000sq ft. super modern deal sitting on a hillside overlooking the Puget Sound (300sqft studio in the heart of the city), but it's gonna be all mine. 24/7 access, security building and did I mention mine? :)
