In general I have to state they respond and I made the experience, when I got a non professional answer, shortly after that they corrected this, its OK. BTW, your prob with the faceroom should be solved here in the task http://www.renderosity.com/messages.ez?Form.ShowMessage=2383904

Nope, it cannot be solved that way because it does not install at all. So there is nothing I can do to the xml file... Miki just doesn't make it there or in the Heads folder for that matter. ;o(

mathman, I sent your request directly to Colin who unfortunately found no record of your contact. You did not reply to my last email. Francemi, I don't see anything in the que from you. Can you IM the email addy you used to request service? I will look into it right away. I posted the fix to the face room issue on three threads. An updated installer with Photo matching support is in testing and will be posted very soon. Feel free to IM me directly or send email any time. Thanks, Steve
clSteve - Thanks for replying. I didn't receive any EMail from you, could you please IM the message that you EMailed to me instead (i.e. via R'osity IM). Also, I have sent two EMails to eFrontier via their web-based contact form, and now I find out that the messages did not even get through. This suggest to me that the current form of customer contact is unreliable. I really would like to get this issue sorted out, it's been two weeks now. Sounds like Francemi has suffered similarly from communication breakdowns France - I'm sorry I didn't mean to hijack your thread, I hope everything gets sorted out well for you.

I sent a message via their "contact us" page yesterday about the problem I have with that darn faceroom module for Miki and I haven't heard anything from them yet. Maybe it is just too soon but I would not like to wait days for nothing if you say they don't respond. I can't even INSTALL that module, let alone fixing its problem!
