Ahh that would make sense, as a plane has no volume, you can't put something with a volume into the plane. Anyway, so are the volumetric clouds designed for a more in the clouds view? For example a rendering of a plane flying through clouds?
I am assuming that volumetric clouds can also be used for for, just apply the material to a sphere that is close to the ground?
Thank you

Hello, Last night I was fiddling around with Vue (running vue 4 d'Esprit). I added a cloud plane to my scene, and to it applied a volumetric cloud texture (I tried just about all of them). Everytime I ended up with a technicolor sky (swirls/bands of rainbow colors). I am assuming that I am doing something wrong. It is difficult for me to explain my method as I am not sitting infront of vue at the moment. Maybe somebody has had the same problem and could help me out... Thank you
