I render a water scene in Bryce, import it into Poser. Then I add a figure in poser and try to have it go partly below water, but it wont it still shows figure below water. If i try to export figure in Bryce it works only textures are wrong. Like to work in poser. Help

Hi yllib Have you tried applying the water texture to the groundp plane (or 2D square), rather than importing it as a backdrop?(I'm assuming you are importing the image as a background image). Tom

Paging Dr. Geep! Paging Dr. Geep! (he has a tutorial on backgrounds, taught me almost everything I know. I seem to remember texturing the floor with a jpg (in Poser) and applying that to a square..or something. The few times I've done it, it gets stretched out. But it can be done. Bryce makes great backgrounds (but so does Mojoworld, but that's another topic..;)

If you really like to experiment go over to runtimedna.com and get the IC3 set. Then, look at the texture size and make yours to match. What I like is stacking ground planes and applying different textures to different shapes. But then again, I like to play.

I must remember to remember what it was I had to remember.
