Now that we more or less agree that copyright violation is a bad thing, who makes the decision on whether or not an item can be sold for legal reasons?Dave doesn't seem to believe that he's done anything wrong, a small number of us thinks otherwise.Who makes the call?

Dave, I see no one dragging anyones name through the mud. If that is the impression you have received from my remarks then I owe you an apology and I respectfully offer it. My remarks were made in an effort to state how easy it is to innocently and unintentionally infringe on someone else's copyright or trademark and how it appears many are not aware of just how far and deep those protections go. It most certainly was not my intention to insult or drag anyones name through the mud. Again, if you feel that is what I have done, I do apologize. Take care and Godspeed.
