Subject: Is there a program to help me find all the things (downloads) in Poser?

Like me you probably have hundreds of things in Poser that you have downloaded, like products and freebies. My problem is that after I unzip or install these things in Poser is that I cant find all the things when I start the program up. I search through hundreds of folders and subfolders to find what I'm looking for, and I still cant find it. Sometimes I even find things I didnt even know I had! Is there a program to help me find these things, so I wont have to search for hours? I'm using Poser 6. -James

Or just don't install everything you find blindly - see into archive where it wants to go, or extract to a dummy folder first, and then put it where you'd like it to be (this works also for DAZ installers, those sometimes put stuff into really weird places).

quick and dirty way of finding most of it: load Windows Explorer, goto to the root Poser directory and do a search on ".png,.jpg" - this will bring up the thumbnail images of all the stuff you've installed (not 100% as it's bound to miss some of it, or will find other stuff you don't need), but it'll give you an idea what you've got and where it is personally I only extract the geometries and textures to the default locations in the zip (so I don't have to bother changing the cr2's), but manually extract the props/poses/characters etc into my own folders - keeps it tidy, and also you mentally keep track of where the files you need are - takes marginally longer to do it, but pays back a lot when you're trying to find anything
