You might get some information at the above link. It's a thread from back when WW came out. Some of the info might be dated though, as there have been some SR releases since then. Also, you can try posting on Phil's site for WW. The link is here: http://www.philc.net/forum/index.php?sid=437b69a3ee15f62f2d72ea95da73bc1b"It is good to see ourselves as

All of your listed figures do convert (Aeon excluded, though there may be a work around) Apollo Max can be difficult to get long sleeves acceptable. WW is an amazing product and as you use it you'll discover some of the other features come in real handy.
I must remember to remember what it was I had to remember.
Conversions I've tried so far are: M2 to M3 Dork to M3 Hiro to M3 M3 to Hiro V3 to M3 Posette to M3 PT to M3 Laura to M3 M2 to Hiro M3 to Matt M3 to Luke All of them worked, but sometimes are there are problem spots. Shoes, crotch and breast regions for instance. Adult female tops to M3 is tricky to make natural looking. Oddly, the unimesh seat-of-pants region changes a great deal betweem M3, Hiro, Luke, David, Matt, and M2. You'll need to fix it by hand with a magnet. I haven't tried converting to Apollo, but I know long sleeve shirts can be tricky because Apollo is not in the default "T" zero pose. I highly recommend WW. Best add-on to Poser you can buy, imho. bB
I bought Clothing Converter 1.0 when it 1st came out and try as much as I could never got a clothign item converted. Wardrobe Wizard is easy. Simple easy. PhilC's support is fantastic, even after answering the same question over and over again I see PhilC post responses in a timely manner and explain and help. WW is totally worth the $60. it works, that's the biggest draw. There are limitations to WW. gloves do not convert at all. boots for certain conversions are a pain, some long sleeve shirts get puffy arm and weird underarm things happening. 90% of the time, a useable clothing conversion is done. 10% left over is useually some weird modeler thing done for the clothing and WW hickups. Clothing Converter for boots and gloves if you can get CC to work for ya, and WW for the rest. Did I mention that PhilC's support is great? It is. There is a Demo of WW that works on P4 figures with no save, but you can try before you buy, I would recomend that you do. When I tryed the Demo I bought WW and uninstalled CC. Now I did not buy the upgrade to CC1.5 or 2.0 and 2.2 etc the price was wacked for fixing something I thought should be fixed for free. WW has had 3 updates adding over 10 new figures for converting to and from and there was no charge. that to me is support. try the demo, only you will know what works for you and your needs.
I tried... to try the demo, with Poser 6. But i always had error messages, and the FAQ didn't help. As i lack patience with software which do not work immediatly, i kindda gave up on the idea of purchasing it for now. I guess i'll give it a try when there will be a new demo online, because what this software does really sounds appealing. I kindda regret they made it as a python addon instead of an independant software though.
You have to keep in mind...a script can only do so much. It's not instant, no fail magic... nothing is.
Wardrobe Wizard is no different. It's an excellent script that works extremely well at what it does. But like anything, it can only do so much for you, therefore you will find that you sometimes have to tweak here and there after the fact. It's no biggie.
It sure beats trying to figure out what morphs to add to things in an external program, and then having to go back to Poser to see if it's working. Or having to turn a gazillion dials, if there are any dials to turn at all, in which case you have to resort to an external program to add morphs. Wardrobe Wizard works right inside Poser with just the click of a few buttons, and you can convert things on the fly without having to store a bunch of converted clothing on your hard drive. All you need to have is one set of the clothing, and the small .dat file that is generated from the initial analysis of the clothing, from there it's just a matter of putting the clothing on another figure and clicking one button in order to get the clothes resized and fit to the new figure. Again, as with anything you will find that some things work without having to be tweaked, and some things will require tweaking.
The fact that WW can fit clothing to and from different figures, including the same figure morphed up, from right inside Poser, is what makes it highly appealing to me and very much worth the money I spent.
If you are sitting on the fence waiting for something to come along that will do everything for you and you won't have to do anything at all, then you may as well give up now. There is no such thing.

Converting by hand will give you the best results but it will take a day and half to do and you must know what you're doing.
The best way to autoconvert is Wardrobe Wizard, no contest. I have Tailor, Clothing Converter 1, Auto Group, and Quick Conform. Wardrobe Wizard works right inside Poser, gets the job done in seconds, and you don't have to know a thing. Just two clicks and you're done. WW also has advanced options for conversions ro retain morphs and body handles.
It speaks for itself. Try the demo.
The original demo had inflate/deflate issues in P6. It wasn't WW's fault, there were bugs in P6. Kam and Phil sent a bug report to eFrontier, and P6's SR1 has fixes. Plus Kam came up with a work-around to the P6 python issues in the Mac. So try the latest demo and see if it works for you.
PhilC has a forum on his website now. Phil and Kam do excellent tech support.
Speaking for myself, it's much faster to work inside Poser than having to boot up another program, and WW cross platform too, as a Mac user, I love that!
Sure you don't have to buy WW. But if you have many figures, a limited budget, and the average clothing item is $10, all you need to do is 6 conversions and WW has paid for itself. Everything after that is cost savings.

The yahoo group is still in use, but you should ask your questions at the wardrobe wizard forum at the link, it must be a new thing. You need to register first.Message edited on: 09/07/2005 13:19

But I have a few questions first, for the people who have actually used it. Specifically, I'd like to know what users thought of the results from the following conversions: Michael 2 to Michael 3 Michael 2 to Apollo Max Michael 3 to Apollo Max Michael 2 to P4 Male Michael 3 to P4 Male Victoria 3 to Michael 3 And, whilst I know that WW doesn't specifically support the Aeon figures, has anyone successfully used the program to convert clothing from Michael 2 and 3 to the Aeon Dwarf? The reason I ask is that it's based off the M3 mesh, so there could be some results. Thanks for your time
