Their website lists a toll free US number, it's for sales but you might try and see if they can help you. 866-3414-EON
Finally got it fixed. They say in the directions that "if you get an error" use WinRAR (a program I don't have)When it asked me to install the second CD I didn't equate that to getting an "error". Searching their database using "install" and "download" as keywords I did find that the files MUST be opened with WinRAR--that WinZip won't work for whatever reason. I installed the evaluation version of WinRAR and that opened it and allowed it to install without a hitch. Not really caring to spend $29 on WinRAR, I unzipped it (along with the extras) to a DVD and installed it from there. Now at least I don't have to worry about that particular problem again. I'm only going through this whole scenario now to help the next person who comes along with the same problem and doesn't want to wait 2 or more days for an answer to their tech question.

I've wanted Vue for a while so when I found the $69 download for version 4 I jumped on it. First, although I ordered it online it took about 48 hours to get the serial number so I could install it. They use zip files (which I find awkward for intstalling programs in the first place). I had also paid an extra $29 for the content that came with the full version at no extra cost. Still, it's a good deal. The problem is, when I initiated the "install" function it goes about half way then tells me to put in the next CD. Hmmmmmm....CD?? On a downloaded item? Unfortunately I've found no way around this--it stops the installation dead. Went to eon support to find an answer. They don't list a phone number for tech support, they don't answer emails and you can post a question that they may (or not) answer in 48 hours. Problem there is that the download link is only good for 3 days (I ordered it two days ago-just got the SN today). This means if there is something wrong in the download, it will have expired by the time I get (or don't) an answer to this dilema. Great! Anybody here been through this? Any suggestions on fixing the problem? (outside of upgrading to version 5 for another $129)
