It was nice of him to help out, but it needs to be taken care of by the tech folks at cp. They didn't even know that he was the one who ended up placing the freebie in my download area. They need to deal with the website and the store. I for one would like to know why my card has been flagged as never being used there when it's the only one I use. He never answered that just told me he wanted to walk through it with me. I don't know him from adam, I'm not giving card info to someone I don't know. Marque
I had a problem with CP when I tried to buy Miki, I'm a registed poser 6 user, and when Spot the dog was free (June /July)you had to enter you P6 serial number to be able to download him, which I did and it worked fine. When I entered the serial number the CP site asked if I would like my serial number saved so I wouldn't have to re-enter it for future P6 related stuff. So I said yes, and then when I tried to get Miki I selected the P6 user option, wasn't asked for my p6 number so I thought the saved info had been recognised, gave all my card details submitted the order, and was told something to the effect that "I wasn't allow access to that download". Which I can only presume had something to do with choosing the P6 the user Miki option, and the saved serial number on my account not being used. So I've sent them an email asking them to delete the serial number from my account details as I can't see anyway that I can do that. Now I'd like to get Koji, but through E-frontier's store (which is where I ended up getting Miki from with no problems). Anyone know if they will be selling him?
I am not amused either.
Am about to tell them to shove it deep.
They want me to jump through unreasonable hoops just for the privilege of buying their products. Shouldn't it be the other way around?

Marque - given the fact that krazik has stated (and I quote) "I wrote CP so its my fault." - I think he IS the tech guy. Now I'm usually not one to jump to conclusions like this, but given the fact that you are ALWAYS complaining about CP AND krazik had given you pretty much everything but his home address for contacting (and still you didn't call) - I have to assume that you have a "personal" reason for bagging out CP (rather than simply technical).
Hey, maybe krazik can help with reseting my Poser 6 download. I was not able to get a complete download due to a bad internet connection, I had to keep restarting the download.
I've sent two emails, but rec'd no responses. Its almost two weeks now. I thought the amnesty sale was great, but now I don't know.

I bought the Koji figure but the purchase has been put on hold ( as usual since I'm buying from abroad and their security system may not accept bank phone numbers with a different format ). It has been the same for all the items I bought there. Usually it's sorted out in one or two days, but this time... It's been 4 days since I'm sending them e-mails to help me on this point. No problems with the card, and still waiting for the downloads. Does anyone knows a sure way to contact them and have a reply? Thanks ;)
