I have recently made my first purchase (Batlab's "robat cyber") and have not recieved a functioning download option. I have read the "send us code" message, and have done so. I understand that this is "for my protection," but I was dismayed when I found that my card has been already charged for my purchase. Since I have already been charged, I am requesting an expedious solution to this problem. Thank you.

I apologize for the inconvenience, however I have not seen an email from you coming to store@renderosity.com. Could you please send or resend: your 3-digit security number or the toll free number from the back of your credit card. Once we can verify you information, your purchase can be activated. Thank you!
