Hi I have found that when i try to put a thumbnail on the galleries it will not load it says below 15 kb, what is the correct size to use and resolution settings, i have adobe photo and the renders are from poser?? Is there a best set size and what is it? I check my settings and its below 15 but will not load. Am i doing something wrong? thank you for your time as always in replying, the members here are fantastic at helping beginners. Tony

Are you sure you're using a jpeg file? Usually a 190x190 jpeg at about 60-70 percent works fine...

Hi Tony, Are you getting an error message when you try to upload to the gallery? If so, what is it?

in PS do you use the "save for web" feature? works best for images & thumbs

& something i've heard other members do who seen to have this problem is they've been uploading the main image then go back & use the [edit] under the "non-thumb", uploading the thumb separate
