Subject: Ground Plane Texture in P6

This may sound like a silly question, but how do you make ground plane visible in a P6 render. If I go to material room and select the texture image source, I cannot see it in the pose window, or the render itself. Even when I go with the default texture for ground, it is still not visible. P5 works fine; I am obviously missing to do something in P6.

In the material room, is the ground prop checked as a shadow catcher?

Yes, by default the "Shadow_Catch_Only" is checked. I cleared this box and didn't see any change.

Make sure Display/Guides/Ground Plane is checked (my apologies if this is too obvious a tip).

I've got it! "Shadow_Catch_Only" box needs to be unchecked, but I also had to link "Diffuse_Color" and "Specular_Color" to the "Color_Texture" window.
