I purchased 4 modules for Vue5 and have the serial numbers but how do I get them. My HD crashed and I managed to save some of the data but a reinstall and the latest up dates leaves me with no modules. I couldn't find them on e-on's site. Thanks

Go to e-on's website and click on Login at the top of the page. Make sure you enter the same email adress you used when you ordered the modules. The serials numbers will be listed on the first page you see after you login (I just tried that a minute ago and it listed all my serial numbers).

I guess I didn't write that very well. Yes, I have the serial numbers and I can access them in my account but how do I get the code or software it self? Glenn

Since you already have a trace of these serial numbers attached to your account at e-on, maybe you could contact them, let them know what your problem is and ask if they could make them available for download again ?

Thamks Aqiel, The issue has been resolved I got my modules back and I did burn to CD this time. For those of you who may have this problem now or in the future be advised, the French do some things just a bit differently. To contact a technical person at e-on you need to follow the menu items that do this and that leads to a forum like setting. That sort of put me off as I did not want my account stuff to be part of a forum like this one. Well it dosen't work quite that way as some of the forum is just between the tecie and your self. You need your order # and you can get that from e-on in your accounts section by clicking on the regestred software itself. They were very kind and gave me the links to re-download. Glenn
