Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 25 12:38 pm)
This is easily fixed by adjusting the fall of zones in the joint editor WW comes with a very good tutorial video on how to do this

I've had similar problems with other items. Adjusting the joint fall-off zones is better done without the V3 figure. Save the coat into the Figure Library, of course. You can then try the arm motions to see what causes the spikes to appear, and you avoid adjusting the wrong figure. Save often. Once you've cleared up the spiking, you can bring in Vicky again and conform the coat to her. Inflate and Deflate will work in any pose, but I've found that Smooth and Autofit need the figure and clothing to be in the zero pose. It depends on the end result you want, but you may get a better shape to the waist and hips if you give Vicky a different shape during the actual conversion. For instance, enlarging the waist a lot, and the hips a little, would give a different hang to the final result, and avoid poke-through of another garment.
