all the sudden , my right click save is not working properly when i right click to save , only option i get is a bmp with untitled as a file name when it should be jpeg format and a given name of file by the publisher which setting have i changed without knowing help please thank you

I've heard of this problem before. As I recall,it happens after you have saved tons of images off the web. If I recall correctly,you should clear out your browsers Cashe,and it should give you back the .jpeg/.gif options. hope it helps Tom

in IE6... tools - internet options - clear history - and also 'delete files' (do not select 'delete offline content' as well!!) and also 'delete cookies' that should do it...
