Hi I don't have a download link on a product I purchased yesterday. I have emailed support but no reply yet. I don't think this is my first purchase here, but I have not received a first-timers email anyway. Regards Graeme

Sorry, I read that as you telling him that his downloads had NOT been activated, which didn't make sense to me. :-) So, how long does it usually take? Thanks, -Doc

Hi, Our policy states it may take up to 24 hours but that is not normally the case, usually during normal business hours we get them activated within an hour or so. Thanks Stacey

I paid for 3 things lastnight. Been 24 hours soon. And i also sent 2 mails. These are my first buys. Hope i get a download link soon......

Hi, I'm not showing we have received your emails. Please be sure to use the store@renderosity.com email address and not a "reply" to the automated ebot you received. Clearly the system needs to be improved so that, as it apprears to work now, someone doesn't need to complain to support in order to have the DL link activated. I purchased nearly 48 hours ago, and while my CC was able to be billed instantly, the software has yet to be made available. There are many sites that have this same setup, yet the downloading of the software is available the instant the payment is confirmed. As it should be. Please activate my download links. -Doc

Doc, We need the verification information sent to store@renderosity.com Have you done this? I don't show an email coming in to that email address from you. Please either send to store again or IM me with the security information so that I can help you. Please understand this extra security step is done for your (the cardholder) protection as well as our own. Stacey
