If you load Mayadoll teeth are smart props parented on the head
Save them as props on you library then load-parent them to any other figure moving them manualy on the right position
They are quite detailed and they are in two parts upper&lower
:^)
There's no point buying the Millennium Teeth if you have V3 or M3. They're built in.

Vexed, Teeth are probably THE single most difficult thing to get right in cgi. And when you get it right, move a light and it's gone. Having separate matzones for teeth and gums makes it harder. I think they need to be DE-detailed, blended. A single form contacting tooth to tooth. Bye to the morphs.
Right on RIchardson. You can have morphs. But really how often do any of us "Really" use nill-billy toothless people? Better to have pretty teeth. The other kinds should be the unique prop for their occasional uses.

Yeah. You can copy/paste the MAT for the teeth/gum portions into your Prop file to get all the settings the same. 1)Load APollo 2) Zero him 3) Export the upper and lower Palettes seperately(they are parts like the eyes) 4) Import as obj. Uncheck everything. 5) Size to fit character 6) Optional: repeat steps 3 and 4 to commit to scale 7) Save into prop library 8 Optional: Copy past teeth part of MAT repalcing same lines in PropFile

Yes, if you have a modeling program, you can extract the teeth , pardon the pun, and then import them into Poser, place them properly and then parent to the head and so on. Had to use V2 teeth on the P5 Judys. Works fine, just remember to make the original teeth invisible in the mat room and you need to create a morph for the teeth prop so they open. Of course, you could just take the top row.
I haven't experimented with it yet, but Apollo's tongue is more articulate than Unimesh tongue. Unimesh just morphs, but Apollo's is posable, which is imho, a big improvement. I think the Unimesh teeth are fine and versitle. The trick into getting them to look realistic is the texture and lighting used. So many texture artiists skimp out on good textures for teeth, gums, inner mouth and tongue. But it makes a HUGE difference to have good textures when your character smiles, or growls. ;) Lighting can make or break anything. I haven't found the right combination for teeth/mouth yet, they have the same problem as "nose glow", so I do postwork for simple fixes. bB
Works nice, Anton. As stated above, need to hack it onto the head for the open morph. Do need a bright white set...Tried to clone another set on here. Lots to do in matnodes, too. It shows great promise and I instantly saw a fix for tooth reveal,,,which imo is too little in V3 (set too high) and why smiles look like nasty jack by the time the teeth are showing.
My mil product days ended long ago. If you have APollo it is really easy to export the eyes or teeth. Super easy. They'll work on any figure as quick teeth or eye props.

Ambient was off on Anton's Teeth mat. Just set to 1.00 and raise black to charcoal in color (for bright whites) just a bit. Now,,, to switch out 50 of them...groan btw, AO attached to light seems to have residual artifacts on objects made transparent. Gotta find a better way to get rid of old teeth.
Cool. I really did put a lot of thought into the teeth. yeah don't smooth them though. They should be okay as they are. Sub-dividing might make a funny seam between the front two teeth. Regardless looks great.
