After my purchase I can't download the items. When I try to download, I get the message "The side is not available". When I try it again, then comes the message "You have exceeded the maximum number of downloads allowed for this product." What now?? Please help?? Thanks Marion

I have the message : "You have exceeded the maximum number of downloads allowed for this product"....
