does anyone know where i can find a tie for M3(buisness suit attire).All i've been able to find are bowties and I just need a regular one.

There's one in ISOP's Casablanca suit, although it's attached to the shirt, but you could probably hide the shirt parts. To get to the download click 'project' then 'Michael'.
