Hi, This order # is associated with a different username. As part of our verification process, we ask that you send us the toll free phone number or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity username. When we have this information, we'll be happy to activate your purchase. All future credit and/or debit card purchases will be available for immediate download. This information should be sent to store@renderosity.com This step is done to protect you, the merchant, and Renderosity from stolen credit cards or fraudulent PayPal accounts from being used to purchase items on this site.
