Subject: Simon Says....Things to do with leftover hair...

Guess I am next in line. When you brush or comb your hair, what do you do with the hair that "falls out"?

art projects for the girls like make atoliet paper roll animal out of it haha ( done that before lol) four girls in this house lotsa hair funny image!

Funny pic. I can't say I 'do' anything with it,except throw it out.I hate when a hairbrush has hair in it,so it never accumulates.It's just a pet peeve of mine. Guess I'll be sitting this one out...but it's an interesting idea,to be sure. :^)

Can't show you now because we don't do until spring but we actually collect it from my hairdresser and put it around my tulips to help keep the deer from eating them. Don't know if it works or not because we also use chili peppers and garlic. Between all 3, it's worked pretty well. Like the photo!

Yes Marlene, you said it right. wackiej, I never heard of hair clippings to keep the deer away. But, I have heard of chili peppers and garlic. Don't have deer where I live. Aloha

I suppose it's the smell of humans that is supposed to deter them. We don't have deer here either,but I understand they can be quite a gardener's nightmare.My friend in Upstate New York simply gave up.I should tell her about this.Although human hair seems like a pretty funky groundcover,lol. ;^)

It is funky. Looks like something died in our flower bed. Some people put it in nylons and hang it in their trees. Maybe it's the stinky feet smell from the nylons what really does it. I don't think I'll be doing that anytime soon.

OMG this is scary. I was thinking of the subject of hair too. In the summer, it gets really hot here in Aust, so i give my dog a trim. I kept a little because it is super soft:)
