Our goal is to respond to support tickets within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
It can take up to 7 days for a product to be tested and approved for the MarketPlace. We had 2 testers leave this week, so that could add an extra day or two to the process. If there is anything wrong with your friends product, she'll get a testers report from the tester assigned to her product. Deb

I've uploaded mine about a week ago, but I forgot to include the license.txt in the zip file. I've sent an e-mail to store@renderosity.com to ask how to fix it and also how to remove two of the files, but I didn't receive an answer. It's been almost a week waiting sofar and still no answer. Can someone let me know who should I e-mail with my question? Andrea

I have a friend who uploaded her product a week ago and it still hasn't shown up? What's the hold up? Who can she contact to see what the status is?
