I can't download my purchases, even though PayPal says my payment cleared on the 13th...is there a problem?

Hello, Your purchases have been activated and can be found by selecting "My Account" from the side bar then select the Order # to access your downloads. I placed an order on the 15th, started to download the first item, but then item list window popped back up saying "download pending" for each item, no download command is selectable, and four days later it's still like that. What am I supposed to do? (I'm a newbie)

Hello, As part of our verification process we ask that you send us the toll free or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity member name so we can manually verify the first purchase with you're credit card company. Please understand this is for your (the cardholder) protection as well as our own. When we have this information and have contacted you're card company, we'll be happy to activate your purchase. All future Credit and Debit card purchases will be available for immediate downloading. This information should be sent to store@renderosity.com. Thanks Stacey Community Manager

I understand -and agree with- the security policy; I just didn't know that I needed to do that (a newbie error). Thanks for the prompt reply. (The download tutorial was helpful also) By "security number", I'll assume the CVV2 three or four digit number.

No the toll free number to you're credit card company that is normally on the back of credit cards. We don't need the security code from the back. Thank you, I'll be looking for you're email so I can get you're downloads activated. Stac

i placed my first order today and sent you the three numbers CVV2 on back of my credit card. there isn't any toll free phone number. please help me if the number i gave to you is not the one you asked me. thankyou tanteirri
