In a word -- WOW! Stellar images with punchy color and crisp detail. I am very impressed Doug!

Yes- The D200 is amazing. I recently had the opportunity to "test drive" one and was impressed at the quality and the speed. The camera is a hot commodity as we sell them as fast (or faster) as we receive them. But its also who is behind that camera that can make a difference- one has to know how to use it to maximize the potential of the camera- great shots!

This Redwing Blackbird is a fine shot...not one of the more commonly photographed birds. Did you get the "kit" or just the body? I checked out the lens you used...yikes($$) but apparently a fine one. I wonder how well the "kit" lens does, not an f/2.8 and not the top of the line but apparently decent? Anyone know?
wow such a colourful duck...but that black one I like much more !!!! What kind of bird is that?

OMG! These are fantastic! If only I had some money to spend....daydreaming What beautiful shots you have. I do love that little redwinged blackbird. Very professional-looking. I must find a way to get a better cam than what I have. sigh I can't wait to see more from your new cam!! sitting here....green with envy heh heh :)
