I'm having a problem with a purchase from Poser-Diva. The product description did not say that only Poser 5 & 6 were required, tho it said it worked for 5 & 6, and all it said for required were the characters. It took me a while to understand that dynamic is Poser-only and conforming is for Daz, but of course no one says that. I reviewed the product and complained that the description was incomplete so that I had bought a cute product that to me was useless, and I emailed Poser-Diva and asked for a refund. The response was "You would like to get a refund.... oh my dear, why you ask me before you gave the one star to the product???" And said "I should have worked with it before rating". Well, now, that's the problem, since I couldn't work with it? I tried Poser and it's too system-heavy for my computer and that is the reason I use Daz, not Poser (instead of cost, which was also implied in PD's response). Well, I don't think it's asking much to get a refund so I can buy something instead that DOES work for Daz? I guess I have to give Poser-Diva a five-star rating in order to get a refund though. So is there a way to edit the customer review? Not that I'm happy with the product, it just seems like it's the only way to accomplish anything.

Hi Emilieu, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the product. Please keep in mind that if a product doesnt say it works with DAZ Studio it may not work. Products in the Renderosity MarketPlace are only tested in Poser from e-frontier since there are still many issues with cross compatibility with DAZ Studio. We dont issue refunds for items that dont function in DAZ Studio due to the compatibility issues. Your product review has been removed as requested. In the future you need to contact the vendor prior to purchasing an item to ensure that it will function within DAZ Studio.

I see. Very friendly service here. Very anti-friendly vendors. I'm really not satisfied with the service. I wish we could rate vendors and not just the products. It's a shame, it really, really is, that the system works this way. It's like saying, "Ha ha you lose! You bought it, you're stuck with it even tho you can't use it!" Well, theoretically, if I can't use it, then there should be no problem with a 'garage sale' should there?

I've bought several items that are dynamic in the past as well, and only just found out that the reason they didn't work in Dax was because they're Dynamic. There's no manual for new users that says "this is what works here and/or there" and we pretty much have to learn by mistake, with apparently no forgiveness involved. I'm not asking for refunds on old purchases - but as I just bought this item I didn't think it'd be a problem to get a refund. If you buy the wrong software in a store, they usually let you return it or swap it. I especially didn't expect the sneering "Too bad so sad" attitude from the vendor. I spend a lot of money here so I thought there could be some leeway. It seems a very poor policy.

I understand. We work with the vendors as needed to assist with refunds. In the future please make sure that you contact the vendor prior to purchase to see if they will support the product in DAZ Studio...since Renderosity doesnt offer any guarantee it will work.
