Over time there have been many request for that Item by Billy t I have never seen it resurface. but best of luck to you. As I recall it was a gift for people that had purchased from Billy's store.

You would probably have better luck contacting him through his store.  I do not think he ever looks through the forums because of not speaking english.

Actually it was a gifted to those who participated in a bit of fun.  There were a few items from BillyT, Kozaburo and Yamato that were available on the forum to download for a certain period of time.  You had to make an image with them and post it in the gallery and those who did got a PM with a link to the the WW outfit.

It was last years "April Fools" day fun.
