I just saw this tutorial on the GeoControl web site forum. It looked very good even though I haven't tried it yet. I have been importing GeoControl generated terrains into Vue 5 Infinite very successfully. It is by Darthmagus who also distributed a free preset which is very nice. It works very well - I had tried both Zero Edges filter in GeoControl and Vue and found Vue did it much better.  Here's 2 terrains imported into Vue (Infinite not D'Esprit but results are the same)  using that method, both 2048 resolution with very little correction after loading into Vue. 

Paula do you have a link to the free presets or to any free images that we can use in Vue to see how they look. :)

Iloco - Gillbrooks gave you the information I had.  

However, I have found that depending how you turn or position any terrain generated in GeoControl will determine your eventual image. What I mean is that I will sometimes generate a terrain that can have more than one eventual image in it. Then,  how I rotate it in Vue (think about the top view) will determine which image I use. So I might construct two images, for example, from one terrain created in GeoControl.
