Hi Superlite, welcome to the forum.
i've never really gotten good results via plugins but you can experiment with different filters and you might get the outcome you're looking for. a couple of recommendations i have would be:
make plenty of duplicate layers
use different blend modes
use quick mask to expose different parts of the image.
i know this isn't much help but alot of great stuff happens when you experiment
;)

I don't use a 3rd party plugin for watercolor. Each image is different when trying to make it look like watercolor. Here is what I do. You will have to play with the settings to get what you want.
Filter > Stylize > Find Edges
Edit > Fade Find Edges .. You can play with the opacity .. 20-25%
Filter > Artistic > Dry Brush set at Brush Size = 0, Brush Detail = 10, Texture = 1 OR Watercolor set at Brush Detail = 14, Shadow Intensity = 0, Texture = 1
Edit > Fade Dry Bush or Watercolor (whichever you chose to whatever opacity looks good)
Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask
Or what retrocity said. lol
