Hi,

If I am understanding what you are asking here, we don't "remember" usernames and passwords anymore due to some new PCI (credit card processor) requirements for security.

Let me know if that isn't what you are asking and I'll try to help

my ID (nickname) and password is about login in marketplace and in renderosity forum

Maybe i can help...

Andy, as far as I understand you, you cleared your cache and you cannot login to renderosity anymore. If I am right so far, then it is not renderosity what doesn't remember your name and password, but your computer.

Renderosity stored a cookie in your cache containing the information you need to login, that was the reason why renderosity "remembered" your name and password anytime you logged on. But since you deleted the cookies, the information is gone. Renderosity doesn't find the cookie on your computer anymore.

I am sorry if I am wrong, but if I am right, I would recommend to make sure that you have some kind of notebook where you can write down the information you need to login and hide it at a save place. You never know when you have to format your harddrive and then all the information is gone forever.

Hmm not sure exactly what you are asking for andy.  Are you saying you have to input your username and password each day you visit?

Thanks

Clearing the cache shouldn't wipe out any cookies. They're stored (on Win PCs anyway) in a separate folder on the drive. Is it possible that you've accidentally reset cookie-handling in your browser so they aren't retained after logging off?
