the glass is a freebie from the freebie section... but now where do i go? any suggestions?

its screaming out for some liquid spilling out. either that or stick a rock texture on it / starfield background, and title the image  "glassteroid".   :biggrin:

Liquid for sure, and if  you're real adventurous with Postwork, make a mask render for the liquid, cut away a portion of the background below the glass & liquid to make it appear as if the liquid is pouring out of the picture.

Metaballs, squished and postioned close to each other and grouped together might do the trick.
Just add water texture the the grouped metaballs and play with the positions of them while ungrouped. They need to be ungroup for getting the postioning and shape right. Then when you group them (the metaballs) all together and if they are close enough to each other they will join into one watery thing.
