Yes, you can operate these.
You can move a turret, a main gun, an upper door, a rear door, a machine gun, front claws, and a radar unit .
Both of M4000 and M5501 have the Bones and 12 ERC channels.

I misunderstood your word.

This tank is AFV in the future.
It moves like the following image.
In my world, this tank flies by "Burroughs Efect ". 
"Burroughs Efect " is an antigravity action that acts strongly in the low sky,
and acts weakly in the upper sky.
These tanks are called "Leidenfrost Tank" in my world.

However, it might move by another principle in your world.
How?  :-)
