Hi Barb - The links to the challenges take WAY too long to open. Been that way since "the change". As a matter of fact, it takes so long that I have not been able to get to those pages in weeks. You might want to mention it to the "brass" and see if something can be done.

Has anyone else noticed this? I'm on a VERY fast internet coonection at home and even moreso here at work...

I trhought it was just me but I am having big problems going to the challenge links and like Rick I have a fairly fast connection, I am afraid this might put memebers off submitting entries - can anything be done ?

Me too! I just click and go get a cuppa and when I'm back I'm in. But that's not how it should be, is it.

Same here, i have a connection of 20,480Kbps and it takes 3 and a half minute to open the contest page. That's abnormal. Also when i have emptied the cache, it takes half the time.

Hi everyone,

I live in South Africa and I have no problem opening the page where all the entries are.

Don't use the link given in this message - just click on the box on the top of the forum page that says "Monthly themed challenge" and it will open right away.

Hope it works for all of you.

Seems to work, now - cool! I have always used the box at the top of the forum to save clicks and it was slow for the last few weeks until just today....
