What do i wrong creating a morph target .

I will create some head and chest morphs for Vicky 3.

1. I load vicky3   faceroom doesn’t work with Vicky in Poser I think….it’s a great pity

2. I say export>waveobj.

  1. I select fpr example the head only.

4 let the settings as they are or try to mark as morphtarget no world kord…

load in cinema 4d or metasequana

morph the head like I like it.

Export as wavefrontobj again. In cinema without askings about the settings.

Open Poser6 again same vicky3 figure

Than add the morphtarget from the saved obj file…

But when I turn the parameter a littele bit from the 0.0000 the head directly is destroyed and morph in outa space….

So what did I wrong or what have I pay attention for ??

Sorry for my rusty English and thanks for help.

You used C4D's built-in OBJ import/export which reorders the vertices and is what's causing the exploding.

Try using the Riptide plug-in by Spanki -> http://www.skinprops.com/fr_c4d.htm

You've got the basic Poser side of things about right. It depends just what sort of morph you're doing. but in Poser 6, at least, you can use existing morphs and magnets to get the shape you want, and spawn a morph target. Vicky and the other DAZ figures has the upper body split between three groups, rCollar, Chest, and lCollar. Most morphs for that area involve all three groups, which needs some care over the boundaries and editing of the CR2 so that one dial controls all three together.

...apparently the download links were broken today.. they should be working now.
